Alex's space is a breath of fresh air after some recently less than great Airbnb stays. I come to town quite often for work in that area and have already communicated that this will be my first choice of stay from now on. THE ENTRANCE/PARKING: The parking spot is directly in front of the door to your private side entrance. The walkway appears brand new so it was easy to roll my bags over and pack/unpack the car. I've stayed other places where you're having to drag your bags through grass or dirt to get inside so the new walkway was amazing. There's a brand new fence all around that is tall so it feels really private. THE DECOR: The space is perfectly decorated without feeling cluttered. It feels very comfortable, inviting, but clean and simple. I had all the items I needed and everything provided was brand new. THE BED/LINENS: The bed itself was so comfortable and felt luxurious. There's a separate mini-split air unit in the room so the temperature was perfect in there. 10/10

I have a large family of eight people, four of whom are children, and when we moved in, we were pleasantly surprised that there were all household tools at home. Everything was thought out to the finest detail, there was no need to take or buy anything with you, it was very pleasant that absolutely all the dishes were there, all the equipment was new. Clean house. After renovation. We were delighted with our holiday and didn’t want to leave home. And the barbecue area, it’s actually a super fairytale, guests came to us and also didn’t want to leave us, Because they liked the house. Very well located accommodation, near the beach, walking distance from Walmart. The place is very quiet (building). Alex responds very quickly when we need it.
